Windows 10: Crate Recovery drive problem

when i am try to crate recovery drive when show is your windows some file missing

Can't create windows 10 recovery drive error SEARCH RESULTS no results for crate a recovery drive.

Original title: Can't create windows 10 recovery drive

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7

I need to create a recovery drive and have a good 32gb flash ready, however I can't get past step one:

Fails at step 1

Click Start and type: create recovery

Hit Enter on your keyboard

I get the menu with the option : create a recovery drive (control panel)

Click on that and I get:

SEARCH RESULTS no results for crate a recovery drive.

So I can’t get past step one because there seems to be no option anywhere to create the drive, not control panel, not anywhere.

This was an upgrade from Windows 7

I did sfc/scannow and it said I had no system integrity problems

I have tried

Reagent / info

and it says RE status Enabled and gives a path to the RE location.

It is as if the software for creating a recovery disc is missing or can't be located, no luck trying to find that to download.

Creating a recovery drive

A recovery drive can help you troubleshoot and fix problems with your PC, even if it won't start. To create one, all you need is a USB drive.

• From the taskbar, search for Create a recovery drive then select it. You might be asked to enter an admin password or confirm your choice.
• When the tool opens, make sure Back up system files to the recovery drive is selected, then select
  Next.
• Connect a USB drive to your PC, select it, then select Next > Create. A lot of files need to be copied to the recovery drive, so this might take a while.
• When it's finished, you might see a Delete the recovery partition from your PC link on the final screen. If you want to free up drive space on your PC, select the link, then select
  Delete. If not, select Finish.
