in Windows 10 GamingCPU usage remains above 50% until i open task manager: Hello , so my CPU goes at around 50% sometimes while im not doing anything besides using the browser , while im using the browser i get some lag spikes/screen freezes/ but when i open the task manager i cant see any suspicious that is running and the cpu just goes to 10%... -
