Windows 10: CPU Usage reaching 100%

    CPU Usage reaching 100%


    Yesterday a program Proton drive was installed in my computer and I was unable to remove it, however I manage to delete it, but some of it's component was left and I was unable to remove so I have System restore my PC and shut down, when I open the laptop I encounter a Blue Screen Error to correct it I have to perform another system restore and then when I check my task manager the CPU was Touching 100% when open and get downed and suddenly increases and then decrease, I have call HP support and they tell me to do a system reset and I take full backup and done a system reset and when open my P

    100% CPU Usage on HP EliteBook 2530p

    My cpu usage is always at 90 and sometimes reaches 100 but 3 days ago it wasn't like that

    So my cpu usage was about 70% when i was in game but now my cpu usage is always at 90% and reaches 100%

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.
