    Could you acknowledge this virus / hacker and help me please recover my files. Already...


    I got nasty virus to my windows 10. It creates new users with master permissions and multiplies them. Names of these users are long and cryptic. They steal certificates and destroy files as it goes on sniffing my files. Need help STAT., Pleaae windows acknowledge this serious virus/hacker! I'm helpess. System is Windows 10 Pro. Another one is Windows 10 Enterprise. I've tried already clean installation but this bit#h keeps jumping to my files like a f#cking ghoul.
