Windows 10: Cor das bordas das janelas diferentes

Nas configurações de personalização do Windows eu selecionei a cor verde, assim como está na janela de downloads. Porém, a cor que eu selecionei só funciona para janela que eu seleciono, todas as outras janelas ficam vermelhas e eu gostaria que todas as cores ficassem iguais. Alguém sabe como posso resolver esse bug?

Das Keyboard Ultimate

But I live in Singapore, the shipping costs would kill!
Was looking for a non-dome based keyboard. I have looked into alot of other keyboards but it seems that there are only a few mechanical ones. Gonna get Das Keyboard if no one posts horror stories about it. XD
