Windows 10: Copy files from WpSystem

I'm trying to copy an app's data from Wpsystem to another folder. When I copy those files, a message pops up saying 'Your organization does not allow you to place this file here. Is there any way to fix this, shall I run File Explorer as an admin?

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

Moving a file out of the WpSystem Folder

I recently moved a file into the WpSystems folder on my D drive. I did not mean to put the file in the WpSystems folder and I am not really sure why that folder isn't hidden. Regardless, I now get "The security ID structure is invalid" when trying to move
the file. I have tried copying it and sharing the file. I also do not have a restore point to go back to.
