Windows 10: controller is not working on my device

i bought some random controller which windows detecs as xbox 360 controller and when i connect it shows that its connected but does not work actually sometimes it does after endless connecting and reconnecting my usb i dont know why is that might be that he decides randomly to start working i didnt noticed any links with anything i do its just randomly starts working i tried to delete it from device manager update drivers changed power saving settings nothing worked i also tried to connect controller on differend pc and it worked perfectly every time no issues at all its only on my device i do

Method 1: Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

I suggest you to run hardware and devices troubleshooter and check.

  Press the Windows + X,

  Click on Next to run the troubleshooter
  

Method 2: Update USB Controllers.

To update the USB Controllers from Device Manager follow these steps.

  Go to Device manager in control panel.

  Select Device manager and a Device Manager window will pop-up.

  Double Click on USB Controllers to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the USB Controllers that is listed and select Update.

Device not recognized by Windows 10

To isolate the issue, have you tried connecting other devices to your laptop?

If other USB devices connect without a problem, we may need to troubleshoot the USB itself. If not, we suggest that you uninstall the USB controller in Device Manager and check if it helps.

Here are the steps:

• Open Device Manager.
• Find Universal Serial Bus controllers and expand it.
• Right-click the first driver in the list, click Uninstall, and then
  OK.
  
• Repeat all the steps for all the drivers in the list.
• Restart your PC.
