Windows 10: Continuous Reboot because of "Attempting to recover installation" error message.

I have A Dell Inspiron 15 3000 and it is stuck in a continuous boot mode after doing a windows update. I left it updating overnight then when I tried to use it I realized that it was stuck on a continuous reboot and keeps saying "Attempting to recover installation...." & "Undoing changes made to your computer.....". I have tried all the steps that I could find and I cannot get it into recovery mode at all, it won't even go to the login screen. Once I turn it on it will give me thise 2 messages turn off then turn back on again and it will repeat indeffinitely. I tried turning it on and hold

Have attempted your instructions however the windows logo does not appear at any stage in the loop. The loop goes:-

Option ROM

Dell logo

The pc makes a flickering noise

Attempting to recover

Restoring your previous version

The loop then continues.

I attempted the rebooting with the Dell logo with no effect.

Any more suggestions?

A corrupted/incomplete installation may be one of the possible causes why you're stuck in
Attempting to Recover Installation and Restoring your previous version of Windows reboot sequence. To assist you better, we'd like to know the build and version of Windows 10 you're using.

Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow the steps in this article about recovery options in Windows 10. You can expand
the section Use installation media to restore or reset your PC and try performing the step No. 6 since you've mentioned that you already created a Media Creation Tool

Windows 10 won't continue install after reboot

I'm not sure if this is the place for it, and I have posted this in the Windows 7 forum as well, but I am attempting to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Iv'e had a few problems with the process but I have gotten as far as the computer rebooting in order to start the installation, but it just reboots to Windows 7, no errors or other messages, not even any time added to the boot process.

I'm using 64bit, turned off all antivirus etc, unplugged USB devices and the like.

Any suggestions? Thanks
