Windows 10: Constant system lockups and games crashing

Hello everyone, so i just built a new computer and am having nothing but issues. so system seems pretty stable till i try to play any kind of games or do anything gpu intesive. im using a rtx 4080, system will just lock up and will restart if music is playing it continues screen either goes black but shows signal on monitor or picture freezes cannot move mouse and num lock eventually quits but usually system restarts. from what i can see in event viewer im getting a kernel 41 error and a bugcheck i have succesfully created a dump file but not to sure where to start. this is the dump file i rec

Ok . I am getting random system lockups, can happen anytime. Sometimes using when using chrome or just on desktop. Happens most often when windows is on login screen, or sometime right before windows loads. Playing any game I have will cause crash to desktop. Crash time varies from game loading screen to playing game for a few minutes.

So far I have reinstalled windows 3 times. I have replaced motherboard because it crashed during bios update, thus ruining mobo, tried different power supply also. After installing windows I have installed latest drivers that I could find, didnt seem to make any difference from the drivers that were loaded when windows was first installed. I did notice that after I installed pc matic I got constant BSOD, So I uninstalled it. fewer BSOD But still have lockups and game crashes.

I have ran memtest for 24 hours with no errors, also ran tests on ssd and hdd drives with no errors.

all games crash!

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Ok, Installed new corsair liquid cooler and reinstalled windows on a new ssd drive. System seems to run better. I still am getting lockups but no bsod yet. lockup happens so far only during gameplay. I can go much longer than before it locks up now , where as before it would just crash the program after only a couple minutes.
