Windows 10: Constant reboot loop

My laptop has been in the recovery environment for a really long time I have tried everything when I use the bootrec / fix boot it’s says access deniedI reset it it doesn’t workI used the startup tool and it’s still doesn’t workI don’t know what happened

Upgraded to Windows 10 and have Constant Reboot Loop Problem

Upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Home edition and now have a Constant Reboot Loop. Can not get it out of the loop. This is my home work computer.

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

BSOD CONSTANT RESTART LOOP

Hi,

This issue might occur due to an old or corrupted graphics driver. Since you are experiencing a constant restart loop, we suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your computer.
• Turn on your computer. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your computer turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.
