Windows 10: Constant BSOD after rebuilding PC

I recently upgraded my pc, I had it working earlier that day then after taking it apart and rebuilding it I am no longer able to boot. I can get into BIOS but anything after that including recover mode crashes into a BSOD. Just before taking my computer apart I updated my Oculus Drivers and I think I turned off my computer just after restarting for the drivers. WimFsf pops up alot in my BSOD as well as system service exceptions and Driver Overran Stack buffer. Any help would be greatly appreciated

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Lost default photo viewer after profile rebuild

Thanks Brink. I've tried those steps before i started searching Google. After the profile rebuild i don't have the Photo app listed to choose to make it default in either the system settings for default apps or the Open With option.

I can't even find it doing a search. Seems to have been removed somehow with the profile rebuild, which doesn't make sense.

Might be helpful to list what i've done I've done the open with check, the choose default program in the system menu, tried that in device manager default programs also. I've checked the programs and features Turn windows features on/off and it's not listed there (never thought it was but that was a suggestion), searched the MS Store, it's not listed there either.

I don't like playing in the registry unless i have defined steps and haven't found anything for this yet, just the Win7 version like in my OP.

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
