Windows 10: Connexion account.live.com

Bonjour,J'ai récemment été confronté à un problème. Mon compte Windows était déconnecté lorsque que j'ai allumé le pc.J'ai essayé de me reconnecter mais un onglet est apparu sur l'écran en m'indiquant de me connecter sur le navigateur via l'adresse suivante : account.live.comJe me connecte donc à ce site mais ce qui est étrange est que le logo en haut à gauche de la fenêtre, qui est traditionnellement la fenêtre Windows, est une planète comme le logo d'Eastpak. Dans la précipitation, je me connecte avec mon identifiant et mon mot de passe.Et c'est la surprise! Le site m'indique que mon compte

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Live Mail

Hi,

I am sorry to know that you are facing issues with
Windows Live Mail.

• Do you see any error message? If yes, then please specify.
• Are you able click on other options and are those options functioning normally?

If yes, then I suggest you to remove your account and reconfigure it and check the behavior.

Please follow the steps provided below:

Remove the account.

  Right click on the account name and select remove account.
  

Add account in Windows Live Mail

• Click on Accounts tab on top.
• Click on +email icon.
• Enter your new account's user name and password.
• Click on Next.
• Select server type as per your ESP (Email service provider) and if that is a
  Microsoft account, select Outlook.com/Windows Live Hotmail. And you must select
  IMAP/POP. (Only If that is a Microsoft account and if it is being migrated to the new interface
  "Outlook Mail", then I suggest you to please refer to the suggestions provided by

• Click on next.

And if the issue still persist, try
repairing Windows Essentials, and check:

• 
  Type Control panel in the search bar (on Desktop) and hit
  Enter key.

  Click on Programs and Features.
  
• 
  Select Windows Essentials
  and click on Uninstall/Change.
  
• 
  Click on Continue.
  
• 
  Click on Repair Windows Essential programs.

Windows Live email folders

Hi,

I would suggest you locate the Windows Live Mail Folder and see if your important folders are available.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Show all hidden Files.

• Click on File Explorer and then click on the View Tab.
• Check Show Hidden Files/Folders.

Step 2: Open the WLM Store folder.

• Go to the Mentioned path: C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail
  
• Now go to the Storage folders location and look for your important folders.
• If they are available, follow the steps below.
• Make a copy of Windows Live Mail Folders and store it in a path you can easily access.
• Now, open Windows Live Mail Account.
• Click Alt + F key and press Import Messages.
• Select Windows Live Mail and click Next.
• Browse the folder and locate the file.
• Finally press Next.
• You will find your imported messages in the Imported folder.
