Windows 10: Confused Operating System upgrade path: Vista 8.1Pro to Win10Pro to win11Pro

Current System:Currently running Win 10 64-bit Professional. 4th gen processor. 256Gb SSD main SSD and an OLD HDD from way back in time siting there too.Wanting to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.Im unable to do this on account of insufficent Disc Space and unsupported 4th gen processor.I have procured new system components that satisfy Windows 11 Pro and now need to Update the upgraded machine. Its essentially new bar the old SSD and HDD which I'll keep around in there.Am I alright creating a WIN 11 Pro Boot USB and doing a fresh install of Windiows 11 Pro onto my new NVMe SSD? I am not sure of my

Win10Pro to Win11Pro on different laptops

I have Win10Pro on a SurfaceBook1. It can't upgrade to Win11Pro. I also have a new Surface Laptop with Win11Home. Can I move the Pro license to the Win11 laptop?

 

Win11Pro upgrade lost in reload of Win11

I did a 'live' upgrade online thru Microsoft from Win10Pro and received/installed Win11Pro. I have since had to reload Win11 from a fresh iso, and am now on Win11Home. I have what I THOUGHT is a Win11Pro Activation key, but it isn't working when I try to upgrade in Properties>System>Activation. How can I restore my Win11 Pro upgrade?

i)

resetPC got Recovered which OS has been upgraded from win10pro to win11pro

ii)

use RecoveryKey OEM created w10pro USB / DVD from win10pro install then updated to win11pro ?

(when OEM told there is no win11pro key to be ordered simply having OS reset for the machine)
