    Alright, let me explain my issueI used to have a slow machine and updates, even in the background were noticeable, making the machine struggle to do simple tasks while they were installing.This made me start to pause the automatic updates and I would run them whenever I had the free time, waiting for them to finish while not using the computer.That said, I got a far faster PC now, but still do the same thing, that is, manually running Windows Update and waiting for it to finish before doing something else.Thing is, Windows Update is designed to use as little resources as possible, as to not di

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
