Windows 10: Computer wifi suddenly slow

Basically my computer wifi is suddenly online at 1 bar. Before it was running fine in the same place and my other devices still work fine.Some things that have changed when it started to not work: I just came back from an event where they used a school wifi and I think it could have limited my computer somehowMoved a few more books on my bookshelf which is between the computer and routerMay have touched the router or bumped it while cleaningAs far as i know, these are the only changes that might have affected my computer and it’s around 10 times slower according to a speed test.

Win10 computer suddenly unable to access printer on home wifi

For some reason, the printer lasted less than 24 hours printing correctly, and now I again can't fix it, even by doing what "worked" before (Comment #6 upthread).

Regarding the static IP suggestion:

1. The printer is connected via USB to a Windows 7 computer on the home network. It's not on the network by IP address. Here is a screenshot of the printer port properties.
   
   
2. Although there ARE "headaches" as is said above, the vast majority of the other computers on the home wifi network, NEVER have had a problem printing to it. And this applies to computers that have run XP, Win7, Win10, and MacOS. For the most part until now, it's included the particular Win10 computer in question.
3. If I still might be able to give it a static IP address, will this affect the other computers that have been able to print to it fine using printer name?

COMPUTER SUDDENLY SLOW

Hello-

In the last two days my computer is suddenly displaying the message 'low memory.' It has been fine over many months with zero hold ups even with multiple tabs open. I know when I just have too many tabs open slowing things down, vs a certain certain shopping websites

I ran Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes and disk check / scan last night -all with no change.

Suggestions?
