Windows 10: Computer update stuck - need help ASAP

Hi,I decided to update my computer HP Model 14 about 3 days ago and it’s been stuck on this continuous loop of the message in the picture and “restarting” ever since. This is the first time it has taken days for my computer to update and every once in a while I’ll see a message saying “you’re 35% there.” I have attempted 4 times already to get my computer back into safety recover mode or whatever it’s called and have tried to run diagnostics on it however when I try, the same update message pops back up. I’m growing increasingly frustrated as I do work from home and a lot of my work files ar

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it fixes the issue.

Method 1

I suggest you to firstly, reboot the computer and check if it fixes the issue. If issue still persists try plugging the keyboard to different ports and check.

Method 2: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + W and type troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method 3: Uninstall and reinstall the driver

I suggest you to try uninstall the keyboard drivers check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to uninstall the keyboard drivers:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Right-click on the keyboard device listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset and keyboard drivers.
