Computer restarts whenever launching World of Warcraft

I've been having an issue lately past month or so where every time I load up World of Warcraft and enter the world, my computer will restart itself.I have tried reinstalling my GPU drivers, updated windows, reinstalled the game, installed it on a different drive and attempted to launch it in both dx11 and dx12.A week and a half ago the issue stopped and I could play just fine, but then today it started occurring again. Between these two times I have not installed anything new, uninstalled anything or made any sort of modifications to my game files or system files. My system specifications are

Hi Gully. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

The same crash dump results as for your previous threads which has pro analysis in first thread by Dave who is one of the best.

  3. World of Warcraft uninstalled every week upon restart

    Hi .Abel.,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

I understand you're having issues with World of Warcraft being deleted every week for no apparent reason.

Generally speaking, Windows defender will not recognize the game as a virus or junk file, let alone remove it directly.

You can try the following steps:

1- Open Windows defender and check the virus protection history to see if there is a record of clearing World of Warcraft.

2- Try changing the storage path of World of Warcraft to see if the weekly clear file is accidentally set. It's better to move the game from partition to another partition, like from D to E or C

3- If you don't have any cleanup records and settings, maybe you can try to contact the official to see if any patches added to the game by World of Warcraft are identified as junk files or viruses.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.
