  1. Computer not Booting after Installing New RAM

Recently I wanted to replace my Corsair Vengeance, 4800mhz, Sodimm, DDR5 x2 16gb RAM sticks with the exact same sticks but x2 32gb RAM. After installing the two new RAM sticks the computer won't boot up. I press the power button, it lights up and nothing else happens. It doesn't get far enough for me to be able to open the bios or check the computer's technical menu. I've also tried updating my bios. My computer supports up to 64gb of ram and it's the right MHz and DDR for the computer so that shouldn't be the problem. The PC Specs are as follows in the photos.https://cdn.discordapp.com/attach

  3. BSOD on new computer while gaming

I just got a new computer about a month ago. Everything is new and I get BSOD (windows 10) while gaming mostly although it sometimes happens while I'm just using the computer. Sometimes the computer doesn't BSOD and just gives me a Access Violation Error. Not sure if related.

Here is the link to download output files from the V2 script.

    Any help is appreciated

    Steps I have taken:
    • Updated all drivers and bios to latest versions
    • Checked ram with windows memory test to see if ram is faulty. (A stick was and it was removed waiting for replacement)
    • Clean Installed Windows after finding faulty ram
    • I had 2 x 2080Ti installed, I removed one, tested and then swapped cards; issue still exist

Computer not Booting after Installing New RAM

Windows will not boot after installing new RAM

    I have an
    ASRock H55M-GE motherboard
. Currently it has 2X2GB RAM, for a total of 4 GB RAM. I bought two new

    Kingston KVR16N11S8/4 4GB RAM sticks
, to put into the two empty slots to get a total of 12GB RAM.

When I install them in my computer, being careful to follow the
    motherboard's manual
and place them in the correct slots, Windows 10 refuses to boot, and instead gives me an error screen saying it needs to reboot. Usually, the error screen says
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

If I am quick enough, I can press DEL and get into the BIOS screen, where it seems my new RAM is identified and accounted for.

I have checked to make sure that all cards and RAM are seated correctly. I replaced the battery on the motherboard. I have tested the new RAM in a different computer where it seems to work.

I have booted using an Ubuntu live CD, and it boots fine, and in the Ubuntu interface, I can see that it recognizes the 12 GB RAM no problem.

All that considered, especially that I can boot from an Ubuntu CD, indicates to me that the problem is squarely on Windows, not the hardware.

I have made a Windows recovery disk, and tried booting with that, but although it took longer, it eventually ends up in a similar error and forces endless rebooting.

How do I get Windows to boot after installing my new RAM?
