Windows 10: Computer keeps going black and crashing

Every time I open certain games and such I can play fine for anywhere from 10-30 minutes however soon my computer monitor goes black and then my computer restarts, this has only been happening recently and I'm a bit lost. Additionally, when I view the Crash in Even Viewer it says this "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffa10587eb1010, 0xfffff80175106730, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Rep

Windows 10 keeps crashing

Hi,

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

In the meantime, if you're seeing a blue screen when the computer crashes, we suggest following the steps on this article:
Troubleshoot blue screen errors. Kindly choose the appropriate answer to the category
"When did you get the error?".

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that the computer screen goes black after an update. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• May I know the update that was installed? To check go to Start >> Settings >> Update & Security >> Windows Update >> View update history.
  

• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  

• When you say “The screen goes all black and the display sometime be's really small”, do you see a blank screen with cursor?
  
• When you say “The apps still crashes and it takes long time to open”, do you receive any error message/code when the app crashes?
  
• May I know the apps that are crashing?
  
• When you say “And it says not enough space”, what is the complete error message that you receive?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
