Windows 10: Computer freezing for the past month at random times, event viewer is always the same thing

I need help, my computer has been having issues the past month or so where it will freeze when trying to load into a game, or even freeze once first opening to the desktop. Every time I check the event viewer its the same thing. Ill provide screenshots.the main events are:Event 41 Kernal-Power: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first . This error could be caused if the system stopped responding , crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.Errors:Event 46 volmg

Computer Hard Freezes Randomly - No Error logs or Memory dumps


I posted on Sevenforums a few days ago regarding this issue:

I was suggested to check for temps (all were normal) and perform a clean install of Windows 10 (I had upgraded from Windows 7). I had another hard freeze today similar to the ones I was having before. The issue is back and I'm unsure of what to do next. Is this no longer a software issue if reinstalling the OS was unsuccessful?

Computer Hard Freezing - No Event Logs or Memory Dumps

The freezing mostly occurs after the computer has been left in sleep mode for an extended period of time - Even if restarted, the computer will still freeze ~5 minutes upon restore from sleep.

EDIT - there's no pattern as it still froze a couple times tonight after only a few hours of use

 

computer freezing multiple times a week, completely random

this started about 2 months ago, but it's gotten progressively worse over the past 2 weeks, and i have no idea what's causing it. my computer went from freezing once a week, to 3 times a week. when it freezes, it doesn't recover. the first time it happened
i left it sit for 2 hours, but it was still frozen. every time it does freeze, i have to do a hard restart and lose all of my work.

in the beginning when it was once a week, it seemed to happen on the same day so i thought it was an issue with something scheduled (like a routine virus scan), so i went through and tweaked the schedules on things, but it still froze on that day. then it went
to once a week on a random day, and eventually 3 times a week on random days. i tried pausing windows updates for 2 weeks, but it still froze. all of my drivers are up to date and there's no overheating.

the freezing isn't caused by stress, because i've had it freeze when all i had open was a few tabs in chrome. i can't seem to recreate it or trigger it so i'm at a total loss because absolutely nothing shows up in the event viewer other than it being shut down
suddenly.

AMD Zambezi FX-8120 8-core

16GB installed RAM

ASUS M5A97 motherboard

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (completely up to date)

2 TB seagate HDD
