Windows 10: Computer doesn't go to sleep ; intel thermal framework apparently causing it

Hi there, please help !!! I have an laptop asus expertbook b9403, which fails to go to sleep automatically after the number of min configured in sleep settings powercfg /requests says ipf_helper.exe is preventing it to go to sleep everything is up to date bios, drivers, windows the only way I get to computer to go to sleep is by manually stopping intel thermal framework in Services Any thoughts ? Help would be greatly appreciated

Intel(R) Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework Driver problem

When I run the Hardware and Devices Trouble-shooter on my Asus Vivobook S551L it detects Intel(R) Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework Driver has a problem, then it proceeds to reload the driver.But this doesn't resolve the error. Below is the details of
the problem. Can anyone suggest a fix for this problem?

which driver wants to run the computer?

my computer all ready installed second one

Driver date; 8/7/2015

Driver version; 8.1.10603.192

this driver running in my computer

But Whenever computer Auto updating time first one (Intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Manager) was downloading automatically

this other softweare I thing it is unwantedly downloaded at the time errors was accord

What can I do? how to stop this Auto download?
