Windows 10: Computer does not respond to a printing command !!!

    Computer does not respond to a printing command !!!


    Every time I want to print any JPN images computer says: " ..... C/users/lapla/Desktoplabel39.png......... The app did not start ....". - and I can not print anything the printer does not even acknowledge that I want to print the image, the printer does print other files and images from my phone as well, also if I go to different websites and it prints pdf and other documents..it was printing before..... can you help??? It started doing this just recently , what is the problem?? how to fix it?

    GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Computer does not respond to a printing command !!! :)

    Command print - printer not responding - error in printing - detected problem device - error code 31 - device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the driver required for the device- device Manager - to update device driver - Windows determined
    the driver software for the device is up to date - Microsoft ISATAP #3 adapter. Where to go next? Please help.

    Computer does not respond to a printing command !!!

    Cortana won't respond to commands.

    • Have you tried installing any pending updates on your device?

      Yes. I've installed all available updates from MS.
    • What are the steps have you done so far to isolate the issue?

      I've run the troubleshooter. I've verified that the mic works for all other apps.
    • Have you tried restarting your device? By simply restarting your device or PC can resolve the issue.

      I've restarted many times. The problem has been persistent for months.

      When I say, 'Hey Cortana' it initially responds. The circle starts turning as if waiting for my command. But it doesn't respond to any further commands.

      The microphone is obviously working because Cortana hears the "Hey Cortana" command but does not respond to any further voice commands. There's no indication from the graph that Cortana hears anything after the initial "Hey Cortana" command.
