Windows 10: Computer constantly rebooting after closing out of games

    Computer constantly rebooting after closing out of games


    Every time I either close out of or alt/tab out of a full screen game my computer restarts after freezing for a few seconds. I have tried getting a new graphics card and PSU but it is still happening. I also have the most up to date Nvidia drivers.

    That bug has been seen in the 945 chipset aswell from gigabyte, also ive seen reports about this problem or so called "bug" in p45 chipset too from gigabyte.

    However, its unclear what motherboard he have because its an Dell computer, so its OEM....

    Computer Constantly Rebooting

    The plastic clip that the heatsink latches onto is broken, the heatsink is not seated properly and this is a problem that would need to be fixed regardless if it's the cause of the reboots or not. It's apparently a common problem with the Dimension 2350 according to my Googling.

    Computer Constantly Rebooting

    It rebooted a couple times while in Bios but thats when I had everything connected. I removed pretty much everything and before leaving and I left the computer on in the Bios. I'll see when I go in tomorrow if it stayed there or rebooted again.
