Windows 10: Computer black screens intermittently for a few seconds whenever playing full screen...

I'm having this issue where my computer will back screen for 2-5 seconds every single time i play a video and will continue to do it until i un-fullscreen the video. Same thing with gaming and it happens on every game, every video and it make sit so i cant really enjoy anything on my computer. For a bit of background yes i have check my drivers, device manager, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling windows, everything and i just cant figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.Specs are 6700xt gpuRyzen 5 5600x cpu1 tb hdd1 tb ssd32gb rammsi b550 tomahawk motherboard Windows 11

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
