Windows 10: CompPkgSrv.exe - What does this process do? A running process I've never seen before

Hi! I am Abdulqadir - Azerbaijani Windows User. I use Windows 10 Version 21H2 Build 19044.1706. I got a question about a process named CompPkgSrv.exe Component Package Support Server.I tried to do some research in the browser before getting here, but I found absolutely nothing useful. Someone also posted a question in here in 2018, but there wasn't useful anyway.Although it contains "Srv" in the process name, the process doesn't run as a service, it's just a process. This makes me think "That would be better if it could be renamed to CompPkgSupport.exe".It's been 30 minutes, this process is

I would suggest you run process explorer on the machine so you can find out what applications are running.

Process running but not starting in Windows 10

  Press Alt+ctr+Del from Desktop.

  Right Click on the application and select End Task.

  Please try accessing the application again and check if you are able to run the application.
  

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run
the program in Compatibility mode, please follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Program
• Click on Properties
• Click on Compatibility tab
• Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
