Windows 10: Compatibility Issue – Pastel Partner v11 & Sage Accounting on Windows 11

We have encountered a compatibility issue while installing Pastel Partner Version 11 and Sage Accounting software on a single computer. The setup works fine on Windows 7; however, on Windows 11 and other updated versions, the software does not function properly together.Could you please provide guidance on:Whether there are any specific settings or configurations in Windows 11 that can help resolve this issue.If any compatibility mode or additional software is required for smooth operation.Whether an update or patch is available to ensure compatibility with Windows 11.Your support in resolving

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• Are you facing this issue only with the Sage 50 application or any other application?
• Did you check if the issue persists in Safe Mode
  ? (If the application runs in Safe mode)
• Did you try reinstalling the Sage 50 application and check if the issue resolves?

I suggest you to reinstall the application by uninstalling and restarting the machine and check if the issue persists.

• Press Windows + X keys and select Programs and Features.
• Select the Sage 50 app and click Uninstall.
• Restart the machine and reinstall the app and check
  if the issue persists.
