Windows 10: Code error : 0x80073CF9 No fix found

Hey, you've probably already seen this message before but I bought Sea of Thieves 2 days ago on the Microsoft Store during sales, but currently I can't download it, when I try I have the error code : 0x80073CF9.
That's why I was wondering if someone had the same issue and found a fix that actually works, because I tried a lot of things, from a simply reset of the cache of the MS to a reset of my computer and W10 with it.
Like... I don't know what to do now. You'll probably link me questions asked by the community about the same subject but I already tried several times different solutions and I have no clue why it actually doesnt work for me...

I hope that someone could help me, dealing with this issue, thanks, or atleast accept a refund because it really sounds like a scam to me at this point...

I want to add that it's the same thing for other apps on the store, I can't download it at all BUT I tried to download Sea of Thieves with the same Microsoft account on an other computer and It works but I wouldn't like to play on this one.
