Windows 10: CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT when installing League of Legends

Hello!I get this blue screen and my PC crashes and restarts when installing league of legends, its hard to explain but theres like 2 installations when u download LoL, i got through the first one and when i launched it and it started installing 2nd time it froze and then the blue screen pops up. ive tried everything, and watched many vids and nothing seems to work. please help me!!

League of Legends

Everything except the store works on League of Legends. Could you help me with this? I tried reinstalling, putting League in the exception list, configuring my firewall, using a wired connection, using a VPN, restoring data, Release/Renewing
my computers network, resincing my clock and switching to a public DNS. I don't see what I could do more. Can you help me out?

Hi Ray,

the pc is a home build. It ran stable until the windows update and subsequent clean windows install.

I have checked in devmgmt.msc and it says all drivers are up to date.
