Windows 10: Clipchamp is enormous 335GB! how do I reduce size without loosing all my files.

Hi, I use Clipchamp regularly, on a windows 10 laptop, but it won't let me delete old data I don't need anymore. It is now filling my hard drive so I can't upload any more videos to edit! I have deleted projects I no longer need on the home screen and only kept a few, but it has not changed the storage it is using. I have no idea how to reduce the amount of data it has stored without loosing the few projects that I need to keep and edit regularly. I have seen the reply about resetting all data, but if I do this I will loose the projects I want to keep! Surely this is not how it was designed? I

Good way to reduce video size without compromising quality?

My camcorder records videos at 1080p however a short 4 minute video is a whopping 550MB.

What would you suggest to compress or otherwise reduce the size of the file without reducing the quality?

The format is MTS.

If you’re encountering issues, here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

1. End Task and Relaunch:
   
   • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
     
   • In the Processes tab, right-click on Clipchamp and select End task.
     
2. Repair or Reset:
   
   • Go to Settings (press Win + I) and choose Apps.
     
   • Find and click on Clipchamp, then select Advanced options.
     
3. Close Unnecessary Programs:
   
   • Close any other unnecessary programs on your PC that might interfere with Clipchamp’s performance.
     
4. Try using another device:
   
   • Try using another device and check if the issue persists.
