Windows 10: Clipboard historywindow+V key not working

my clipboard history suddenly doesn't work anymore, it worked just fine in the past but today it just appears like this, I have tried restarting windows explorer and my PC several times, turn on and off the clipboard history in settings but it didn't work, when I press win + V it just shows up like thisI've copied things before so it's still not supposed to be blank like thi my laptop is a MSI GF63 thin that uses a rtx 3050 GPU with 16GB ram

Windows Clipboard (Windowns Key + V) Not Showing Up

Problem: When I press the Windows key + V, the Clipboard history menu does not show up.

Windows Info: Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 Build 19044.1706

Details:

• The Clipboard menu worked fine a week ago.
  
• Just copying and pasting using Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V still works.
  

Things I've Tried Already:

1. Enabling "Clipboard History" in Clipboard settings

2. Turning on "Sync Across Devices" in Clipboard settings

3. Clearing clipboard data from Clipboard settings

4. Changing regedit values

5. Changing group policy values

6. Running sfc /scannow

7. Running DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

8. Restarting File Explorer from Task Manager

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Windows key + V doesn't work

I'm using Home. Thanks everyone but I had previously followed ALL the steps recommended in your posts including enabling Group Policy Editor and enabling "Allow Clipboard History" within it. All the settings for the clipboard are correct but Windows Key + V doesn't work. To dalchina, as I indicated in my post, I am using version 1809 with build 17763. See images.

Now that 1903 has been released to the public, surely there is a much larger base of individuals with this problem.

In my case, I created a second user account... but when I log into it, the Win+V key combination does NOT work to bring up the Clipboard. So, the method described in this thread (switching accounts and then back) does NOT work. I have tried this method several times, in addition to everything else I can imagine to 'reset' Clipboard access via Win+V. Nothing works.

Perhaps it is time for an update to this thread. Any further suggestions?
