Windows 10: Chrome stuck on mini screen

it won’t let me click on it to the full screen it just opens it to a mini screen, know I clicked something on my keyboard to make it this way, I’m not sure how to go back to how it originally was

Thank you for the reply, here are my experiences with each step you put forth:

1. Not relevant, done this on laptop already.
   
2. Cannot due this given I cannot access Chrome settings.
   
3. Cannot due this given I cannot access Chrome settings.
   
4. I already indicated in my post that I did a fresh install of Chrome, but for the sake of your kind advice I did it again and it still did not solve my problem.
   

Do you have any other possible suggestions?

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

 

Google Chrome stuck on white screen

The issue seems to be hardware acceleration. At least in my case it was. I solved my problem by performing the steps below.

• Right click chrome shortcut and go to properties.
• Click the Compatibility tab and run it in compatibility mode for Vista.
• Open chrome then go to Settings>Advanced then under the
  System heading there is an option to disable hardware acceleration.

After performing those steps you can stop using compatibility mode for vista.
