Windows 10: Change the pin problem with organization email

Hello MicrosoftI'm facing a hard problem last month, I wanna change my PIN but the windows refuses to do thatit said "Sorry, this PIN isn't working for your organization's resources" and I don't have and work/school email in my emails section. and the PC email is personal too

Windows 11 pin says "Organization requires pin change"

When I log into Windows 11 Home edition I use a pin. After a few weeks it will prompt me to change my pin and shows "Organization requires pin change". This is a personal computer and there is no organization, I do not want to have to change my pin every few weeks. I have seen solutions for Windows 10 for this problem but those do not work for me with Windows 11.

How do I disable changing my pin every few weeks?

 

I am being prompted to change my pin because of "my organization".

I have owned my laptop for several years, it has never been a work computer or had any organization work on it. Yesterday when I went to enter my pin I was prompted that I needed to change my pin because of my organization and the pin requirements are
for a longer pin. I have always had the same pin and I do not want to change it. I am most worried about this "organization" prompt. Anyone advise on this? I thought it might have been me logging into my school email for the first time but I see no reason
I should have to change my pin for that since I have to enter a password for the email. If it is the email log in how to I reverse it?

 

Your organization requires that you change your PIN (and more)

I can only answer your 1st question.. This could be related to your business /school email account. If you've added your business account to your email, it may require that you allow that organization to manage your computer.. etc. It is not related to your Windows account. Go to your accounts / Access work or school - remove business (organization) account from there, and restart. If you messed with your PIN, go to Sign-in options, and click on I have trouble with my PIN - this will lead you to your MS account, where you can change settings For 2nd problem (with explorer), run

in admin command prompt, and see if there are any errors. Scanning with Malwarebytes wouldn't hurt either
