    Change default display when connecting to new dock


    I work in a hot desk office - there are hundreds of identical docks and monitors across 30 sites, you can work at any desk. Each time I sit at a new desk I have to set up the display. This is not a big issue - it only takes a minute. But there are hundreds of us doing this.The default is to duplicate the display - an option nobody uses.I would like to make the default to extend the display with the external display centred above. Is this possible?

    Hello Joe,

    For us to be able isolate your concern, have you already tried to update the Display Dock? To update the Display Dock connect the Display Dock through the USB Type-C connector. On the phone, navigate to the
    Gadgets app and choose the HD-500 listed on the menu.

    Once the app is open choose the ellipsis ('…') at the bottom of the display and click
    Check for updates.

    The phone will then take over and download the new firmware and install it to the HD-500 Display Dock. Users are instructed to unplug then the power cord to the Display Dock to refresh the software.

    We will be waiting for an update.

    I cannot connect to home Wi-Fi off the docking station but not on docking station.

    1. I cannot connect to home Wi-Fi off the docking station but not on docking station.
    2. When i'm on docking station system says i'm connected to home Wi-Fi, but when i browse says not connected.
    3. Other devices connected to home Wi-Fi has no issue.
    4. What steps can i take to resolve the issue other than updating Wi-Fi adapter driver?
