Windows 10: challenge phrase keep on popping up after I turn on my computer

am I getting hacked this has never happened before it says seven failed login attempts type in a1b2c3

First, "Challenge Phrase" is a new approach taken by Microsoft to thwarting brute force attacks or cyber trespassers. This attack involves a simple process of trying all common or likely PIN codes over and over until the correct code is finally discovered.
When a PIN gets entered incorrectly four times in a row, users are sent to a different screen where they are requires to enter a specific phrase.

May I know what are you trying to do before the challenge phrase prompted?

And what do you mean by nothing happens? Did this mean you where directed to another windows?

Kindly give further details so I can suggest or give you a step by step procedure to fix this.

Challenge phrase keeps popping up- how to disable?

From your description, it seems that you are having some problems logging in. Is your situation as follows:

• You entered the wrong PIN too many times, causing you to enter a challenge phrase.
  
• After you enter the challenge phrase, you are given another chance to enter a PIN, you enter the correct PIN, and you are successfully logged into your account.
  
• After you restart your computer, you will need to enter a challenge phrase before entering your PIN.
  
• You can log in to your account normally, but you are bothered by having to enter a challenge phrase every time you enter your PIN.

• For the security of the user's account, you need to enter the challenge phrase verification when entering the PIN code incorrectly multiple times. If you enter the challenge phrase correctly, you will be given another chance to enter your PIN.
• The last chance you still mistyped, you need to restart your computer to enter it again.
• Multiple incorrect entries will result in you not being able to enter your PIN for a period of time.

• Do you mean Windows family when you refer to parental control settings? This function enables parental control, children's usage time, and rated content. But essentially this setting does not affect your login to your account.

• This is a validation issue known at logon.
• You can try to delete the PIN code on the Settings > Account page and set it again. Logging in to your own account to change your PIN does not require administrator privileges. If you find that your PIN cannot be deleted, you can find the option below and turn it off.
• If you delete your PIN and reset it, you still won't be able to solve the problem. You can share the situation with me in the reply, and I will provide you with other options based on your sharing.

The challenge phrase does not require you to write it down. In general, after you have entered the wrong Pin number several times, you will see the prompt:

If you want to enter it again, enter challenge phrase A1B2C3

A1B2C3 is the challenge phrase. Since you have remembered the correct password, please enter the correct password after entering.

If you are currently stuck in a certain step, or have encountered a problem that cannot be explained by the text, I welcome you to provide the corresponding screenshot here so that I can better understand.
