Windows 10: CDViewer

I am trying to open a DC with my hospital scans in it.When I select the CDViewer I get a message:"the cached viewer directory is not intact. Please delete the directory C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\CDViewer_15.02.0000" and restart the viewer.I can not find that directory.

I recently had a mri; they were nice enough to copy the images on a cd for me. I am running windows 10 and the CDViewer on the cd opens but does not run. I found the files with the images but they have a "link file extension" and I cannot figure out how
to open. I am hoping someone with more experience than me might be able to help. I am a novice.
