Windows 10: Can't upgrade windows 11 since I can't run PC health check.

There is PC health check app on install/uninstall list.The problem is I can't uninstall that.I downloaded that from https://aka.ms/Get..... see below.Still, I see the same message below. It's unlimited loop.Only think I can do is. Format windows and Instll it from USB. But backup process will take too lon

upgrade to Windows 11

I am using surface pro5 w/ i5-7300U processor @2.60Mhz. I run PC Health Check and received "The processor isn`t currently supported for Windows 11" message. I check acceptable processor list for window 11 upgrade, i5-7300U is in tthe list. What is the problem for my computer.

 

PC health check says I don't have a compatible CPU for upgrade to Windows 11

The CPU is on the list for supported Windows 10.

The CPU is not on the list for supported Windows 11.

Upgrades can be performed from Windows 10 to Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

If you decide to upgrade there is a default 10 day go back period that can be modified to 60 days.

It is best to make a free backup image in case you want to return to Windows 10.
