Windows 10: Can't Updated to Windows 11 24H2, error 0x80004005

I have tried multiple solutions provided on the forums such as thishttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-pro-update-24h2-fails-to-install-need/ddc6ab7b-8a81-4a67-a273-8e0e4b69fd5dand a few others regarding command prompt/powershell sequences.Before, it was a optional update so it didn't harass me often. But now it's become a required update and it keeps trying to make me pick times to update and when I sleep my PC it wakes it up due to the update. If someone tells me to reinstall Windows 11 I'm gonna blow up

Error 0x80004005

I have looked over many other posts about this, all with the same error code, but with a different problem.

I have a computer thats a few years old, it has an ABIT kn8-sli motherboard, and its running off windows XP.

I was having problem with the hard drive before I gave up on it awhile back, and now I have come back and resolved that problem, but now when I get to the login screen and type in the password it says its in need of an update, then when it asks me if I want to update I click Yes, and then it says it won't work due to error 0x80004005.

The only operating system I have currently is windows 7. Do I need to go buy a new OS or is this recoverable?
