Windows 10: Can't update windows 10 neither can update to windows 11 from windows 10

HelloSetup has encountered critical error - Windows11InstallationAssistantSorry, we're having trouble determining if your PC can run Windows 11. Please Setup and try again. Error code: 0x80070003 - 0x40008I downloaded PC Health Check and the result gives:This PC meets Windows 11 requirments...I've tried to fix my pc using different scripts like sfc scannow, followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSLFE15HSwU and nothings helps.I can provide logs but not sure which are useful

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.
