Windows 10: Cant unlink microsoft online account

I created a local account because I dont want to use aby of the Microsoft online facilities - they are cumbersome and overbearing.2 weeks later, I get a prompt to back up PC so I think Ok, good idea - it asks me to login to OneDrive so I do.As soon as I log in, my Chrome windows are killed and I cant login to chrome because of "family settings" - to say I am annoyed is an understatement - I've now been locked out of my PC because of some family settings that were setup years ago and no longer required.I have been trying to remove microsoft but I cant - everything I try pops up with a family se

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
