Windows 10: Can't transfer files from Windows 11 PC to Samsung S23 Ultra mobile device.

About 3 weeks ago, there were updates from both windows and Samsung that i updated and since then, I can no longer move files .jpg, .mp4, etc. from my PC to my Samsung S23 Ultra. I can move things from the phone to the PC but not from the PC to the phone. When I try moving to from the PC to phone, the pop up comes up saying it is copying but no progress happens and then it crashes/hangs the file explorer for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. I made sure windows is up to date, Samsung is up to date, graphics cards are up to date. Are there any fixes?
