Windows 10: Can't Sync settings - Win11 serial number states "Default String"

Hi, first I understand you are a volunteer and are supporting my question, so no need to state this - thanks for you help. I like cutting to the chase.I bought one of these newish Chinese GMKtec Mini PC s. link below. https://www.amazon.com.au/GMKtec-Windows-Gaming-Desktop-Computers/dp/B0DKJ54JWY?th=1It come with Windows 11 Professional, the funny thing is it won't sync the backup settings. I have 3 devices all synced fine. This little Chinese gem doesn't and all the fixes don't work, so please don't suggest the usual fixes as I have tried, unless you have a different one to these Fi

Serial Number for Win10 shows as "default string"?

I am replacing the ssd of my machine, it is inoperable at this time so I am not able to boot it to access the number. When I log in here, it shows the device registered but the serial number just say default string. How do I get windows installed on my new ssd if I don't have the serial for it?

Serial Number " Default string " so we can't activate windows with digitally linked key

Recently i changed my motherboard to GIGABYTE, the problem is it has the serial number " Default string" So I can't able to reactivate my windows using the digitally linked key. I asked the Gigabyte also but they are saying its normal. I googled it a lot of people said we can see the device if it has the proper Serial number, without that the windows won't detect the motherboard to activate it
