Windows 10: Can't solve the "verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services" error...

I am trying to install a Software named PlantEngineer, which is a MS Visio Add on, but so far I didn't succeed, because I always encounter the error message mentioned in the title.I already tried multiple things:- Executing as administrator installation itself, the explorer- Restarting the Windows installer- Re-registering MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER and MSIEXEC /REGSERVER- Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Right Assignment Administrator is listed- Changing the startup type of the Windows installer in the services section from manua

I have windows 10 professional 64bit system (hp pavilion laptop). I want to install "ABB Automation Builder" Software. but facing error 1920.service CodeMeter Runtime Server (CodeMeter.exe) Failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to

Dear Microsoft Support team,

I am getting the following error with a specific program installation:

Service XXXX failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

I have tried several solutions, but non of them could fix my problem:

• Editing in gpedit.msc: Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment -> Log on as a service. and adding the user I am using for this installation (admin rights user).
  
• Removing antivirus clients and laptop removed from the domain, so there won't be any GPO causing problems.
  
• CHKDSK, CCLeaner, DISM...
  

Could please help me on that?

Installing XTU, "verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services"

Hello all, I am encountering the following issue when trying to install XTU, "verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services".

I am trying to install on a newly purchased Asus ROG G751JT running Win 8.1. Please see the screenshot for details.



I have tried everything I know over the past 24 hours but to no avail and your help would be much appreciated.
