Windows 10: Can't Sign Up To Clipchamp

Hi,I have encountered a problem while trying to create an account on the web version of Clipchamp using my Microsoft account. Every time I enter my email and password, I get the following message: “You can’t access your account after submitting a request for account deletion.”However, I have never created an account on Clipchamp before and never deleted one. I don’t understand why I am getting this error and I would like to the service.Could anyone please look into this issue and help me resolve it? I would appreciate assistance and prompt response.

To duplicate items on the project's timeline, try selecting the items you want to duplicate and then clicking on the duplicate button.

Alternatively, you can try importing your photos and videos directly into Clipchamp.

Microsoft Clipchamp refuse to sign in

I tried to sign in to Clipchamp and it refused to sign in written: "You can’t access your account after submitting a request for account deletion." I have not deleted Microsoft account and signed in to Microsoft account. Tried webb and app, did not work.

Clipchamp is part of Microsoft and it refused sign in to Clipchamp. not used it before and wanted to explore how video editing work for Youtube.

 

I can't create a Clipchamp desktop shortcut.

Find ClipChamp in the list of all apps on your Start Menu, then just drag its icon onto your Desktop, that will create a new Desktop shortcut for ClipChamp on your Desktop
