Windows 10: Can't review or dismiss Windows security recommended actions

Windows security is telling me that there is a potentially unwanted app found. However, when I click on "review" it just takes me to the protection history tab where it says that it has no recent actions. Also, when I click on dismiss, nothing happens! Is this a bug with windows 11 or am I looking at a more in-depth issue? Any help is greatly appreciated! I have included screenshots for reference.

Windows Security -- Actions Recommended

In the Windows Defender Security Center, in case under No actions needed, you see a Dismiss message, click on it to make it disappear.

 

Windows security says Action required BUT.......

Hi,

Windows Security says that action is required (! symbol on icon), and entering via the Icon it indicates App and Browser Control requires attention and shows the 'Review' button in the 'Reputation-based Protection' section..

However when I click on the review button, it states there are No Recent Actions (and nothing thus to review or correct or address).

The ! on the Icon still remains.

Do I simply dismiss the issue using the 'Dismiss' button, or Do I have to do/Should I do anything ?

(Incidentally I use Norton 360 to secure my system and do not use Defender anyway)

Windows Defender, Actions recommended

For two days now I've had the actions recommended on windows defender highlighted. Everything is green in the security details, and I am given no suggestions on what to do to get rid of it. What do I do?
