    cant open gpedit.msc on hp pavillion and hp envy.


    tryin to open gpedit.msc comes up with MMC could not create the snap-in so copied Group Policy,Group Policy Users and gpedit.msc and pasted to windows\system and windows system 32 , and still same message and try to get help to explicitly enable App locker procedure is to open gpedit.msc first and thats what i cant do , so im stuck ,need new direction, goal is to limit information to microsoft seen video how bt cant even open gpedit.msc any ideas ,thank you 4 your time W/R Roy Cost !!!

    Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

    Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

    PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
    followed the steps suggested, but they don't work
