Windows 10: Can't login to my laptop.

I was using my old Windows 10 laptop locally. After setting up a new Windows 10 laptop, when I tried to login to my old Windows 10 laptop, it asked me to sign into my account. I entered my email address, and I received a code, and when I entered the code, a window opened saying “create a PIN”. When I clicked next, a page opened saying “something went wrong”, and I was taken back to the first sign in page, caught in an endless loop. The same thing happened when I used my phone number.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
