Windows 10: Can't Install windows 11 getting stuck at 46% on getting updates

I am currently on windows 10 version 22H2 and wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 so I have tried to install it using iso file Windows 11 Assistant does not work either it says you don't have permission but it gets stuck at 46% on getting updates every time also I have enrolled in an insider program to get windows 11 but it gets stuck and takes too long so it not really working.To solve the 46% stuck issue I have tried to rename the software distribution folder and sfc/scannow takes too long to complete so i have exited every time in the middle of the process.Kindly provide some methods for qui

Windows 11 installation stuck on 46%

Today i installing windows 11 on Getting Updates page it is stuck on checking for updates: 46% i tried closing and opening the installation but nothing is happening it is always stuck at 46% i also tried restarting my laptop that also didn't happend. What should I do?

 

Windows 10 upgrade gets stuck at 46%

I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 10 for the last 2 days. I first used the disk I purchased and all went well until the updating part. It then gets stuck at 46% and won't go any further - i left it overnight and still no progress.

I went onto support and tried downloading a copy, again everything went fine until the updating part, where it again got stuck at 46%

Any suggestions gratefully received

• How are you trying to update Windows?
  
• Are you trying to update the computer from an older version of Windows like Windows 7 or Windows 8.1?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

I would suggest you to try running the Windows Update troubleshooter and see if that helps. Refer the article

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
