Windows 10: Can't install ".Msixbundle" files.

I was trying to install a .Msixbundle file, and this is what the error showed:I tried to run as administrator using run, no progress.I tred SFC/DISM, no progress.I made a new user account, and redownloaded the same file from here, no progress.Can anyone help me out?

I get an error when i install a MSIXBundle File,

Uhh, so i was installing a roblox msixbundle file, when i reinstall it,

The error popped out and it said App installation failed with error message: error 0x80070005: Opening the package from location RobloxUWP-2.592.586.0-cerealwithmilk%20(2).Msixbundle failed. (0x80070005,

hi I try to install Windows terminal msixbundle

I have script that install Microsoft.VCLibs.x64.14.00.Desktop.appx thats works

in the next line i try to install Microsoft.WinTerWin10_1.15.2874.0.msixbundle

and i get this error

looks like .appx can be installed but msixbudle not why idea?
