Windows 10: Can't Install Dolby Access or DTS sound unbound

While trying to install Dolby Access the installer says "can't complete this download redirecting to the microsoft store" it opens the app and microsoft store says "the thing you're looking for isn't here" even though when searching Dolby both apps appear. I don't want DTS sound unbound btw just mentioning it is the only other app I've noticed having the same issue. Every other app I've tried shows up and let's me install, but those 2 even though they clearly show up in search won't let me install them or even see their page in the microsoft store app.I've already tried repairing and resettin

I'm unable to install DTS Sound Unbound. While installing it, Microsoft installer stucks.please help.

 

Dolby Atmos not outputting to AV Reciever but DTS unbound does.

I have both spatial audio apps on my windows 11 PC, DTS unbound and Dolby Atmos. My windows 11 PC is run through a Hisense U8K for a display with eARC from the U8K handling audio to the Onkyo 7100.

Setting my spatial sound to DTS: X for home theater. Outputs the sound to my AVR which displays the correct signal information, DTS:X on its front panel. However, when using Dolby Atmos for home theater, its only outputs a PCM signal which is displayed on my AVR. I know something is wrong because with my previous setup. I had Dolby Atmos displaying on my AVR when using Dolby Atmos spatial sound. Its not a configuration issue on my end. Windows Netflix app outputs Dolby Atmos via U8K eARC to my Onkyo 7100 no problem, its sending the metadata correctly. Windows 11 Spatial sound Dolby Atmos for home theater, simply doesn't work anymore.

Is windows 11/Dolby Access app not receiving/processing the Dolby Atmos metadata? If so, how do I fix this issue?

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Dolby access app numerous times. Reset my AVR too. I believe this to be a purely windows 11 issue. As DTS:X unbound and Windows Netflix app work perfectly well. They are sending the correct signal information to the Onkyo 7100 AVR.

 

I can't install DTS Sound Unbound from Microsoft store.

None of them worked. The problem continues. I'm able to download Spotify and Whatsapp but I'm unable to download DTS Sound Unbound and Dolby Atmos. It says pending, acquiring license that it leads to the error.
