Windows 10: Can't get bootable USB to work on PC with Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard

Hello,I'm currently trying to fix my desktop PC, which is quite old and has a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev. 5.0 motherboard. The PC is stuck in an Unmountable Boot Volume loop, and I'm trying to fix it using Windows Recovery Environment, but I can't access it in the first place. The usual methods of restarting or shutting down repeatedly during startup aren't working, so I'm now trying to access Windows Recovery Environment using an installation media, as outlined in this tutorial starting from timestamp 4:40:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mqjy4sOQhi4However, I'm struggling to get a bootabl

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 AM3+ this motherboard doesn't have drivers for windows 10 64bit...Its limited to windows 7 64bit only...So can install windows on this motherboard Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 AM3+?

previously i was using gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2pt mobo with windows 10 64bit. It was working perfectly fine with all hardware support though it have max driver support till windows 8 64 bit only and that mobo is much older than GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 so why i cant
use windows 10 on this mobo which is technically new than my previous mobo...? and i have gtx 1060 gpu
